These terms and conditions are governed for the use of www.istyle.am, operated by “Ars-Pet” LLC.


The prices on the site include also the VAT.


Inaccuracies in the number or prices of products on display are possible. “Ars-Pet” LLC reserves the right not to fulfill orders with wrong prices or quantity.

  1. Purchase agreement


The beginning of commercial relations between the Buyer and iSTYLE.AM begins with the sending of an order by the user, that is, after filling in the required personal or company data, agreeing on the general terms of purchase and sale of goods. By accepting the general terms and conditions, the user confirms that he / she has read the additional materials and documents accompanying the model in the online store, mentioning the advertising offers, warranty terms, features of the warranty policy, as well as terms of consumption, if any, including the terms of use available on the site,  TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, RETURN AND REFUND, Privacy Policy.


  1. Start of order


The confirmation-execution of the order starts by the employee of the company, after getting acquainted with it. If the order is sent to the company on a non-working day or outside working hours, but during the working week, its confirmation-execution will start at the beginning of the next working week or the next working day, respectively. In case of change in the value of the ordered goods in the period between sending the order and its commissioning, the customer pays for the goods at the price at which he ordered.


Delivery of the ordered goods in Yerevan to the address indicated by the customer will be carried out within 2 working days after the confirmation of the order of the available goods. Order confirmation is made by phone or email. The mentioned period is valid in case of delivery in cash (cash on delivery to the sender) after receiving the payment by bank transfer. Orders placed after 18:00 will be confirmed և will be processed the next working day.



  1. Standard return and refund policy


The buyer has the right to change his online order or cancel it within one working day, one hour after the confirmation of the trademark, before the delivery. If an invoice is issued, it is canceled or a credit note is issued. In case of card payment method, the amount is returned to the card account by credit transaction.




  1. Buyer’s right to return an item and/or get a refund


  • Buyer can return a purchased item and get a full refund or get a replacement of the same item if a technical problem is detected by a buyer within 7 days of the date of purchase, if the package or other essential parts has been not damaged.
  • Buyer can get the refund of the purchase if the ordered item isn’t delivered on time (within 5 business days).
  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods at the time of receipt of the goods, after examining them, without activation and Products and package should not have a damaged appearance, they should be free of scratches and not opened.


In addition, please note that we are not responsible if the item is damaged by your fault and in this case, return policy is not applicable.

In any case, the prices of all the products in the iSTYLE store are based on market prices and can not be any lower than them.

You will pay when your order is placed with an online bank credit or debit card, including shopping cards.



Online payment:


If you choose to pay online by bank card, we inform you that payment registration does not guarantee order confirmation and delivery. If the order is not confirmed, the paid amount will be returned to your account as soon as possible.


How can you make a purchase online?


Click the ADD BASKET button, then click on the cart icon at the top. You will then be taken to a cart page where you must click the PAY button. In the PAYMENT DETAILS section, fill in your details, select one of the offered payment systems and click the PAY button. If the payment is not confirmed, you will receive a repeat message. Please note that logging in to the site is required to make a payment. You will then receive an email with the message “Your order has been accepted”, but this does not mean that it has been approved. To confirm the order you will receive an additional letter or call from our employee, and only after which will be considered confirmation of the order.
